pick up cloth under left electric panel
combine both item and use it to clean spider web on right side next to the ladder
you will reveal code : 238
tap left box and enter the numbers to get a remote
pick up drill next to the box

look at the hammer position on left side next to electric panel

tap right slider and change the position to get a dril machine
use drill to open elctric panel and get 2 batteries
combine batteries + remote

use the remote to make the ladder comes down
escape to level 9
