get a pipe handle on floor
pick up a box near chair
get a magnifying glass, pliers and board on right shelf
combine the pliers with box to get 1st key
tap the box on left table
put the board on to the box, connect the handle
use the magnifying glass to see the clue on the painting circle :

enter these code to the box to get 2nd key
