get a key inside bucket on floor
tap the left table to get a scalpel and saw
use the saw on the right pipe under the wash bin to get a button
use the button on the right panel door to open it and get a wheel handle

select the scalpel and use it on the dead body on table for clue :

now look at the clue on the right wall for another hints of pattern and numbers
enter 312 to open the left panel and get another wheel handle

connect both handle on the left panel then change the direction like the answers from dead body
get the wrench inside and use it on the right door to remove the blockers
use te key to open the door and continue to stage 12
