get axe from left shield and saw from the table
use axe to break the right box for helmet
combine helmet + saw to cut the horn and connect the horn on left shield
you will see clue in circle
tap middle table and connect the line following the circle clue to get paper hint
look on right table and put the helmet on the 2nd box
open the paper hint in inventory and follow the order of helmet for paper code : 5431
enter the numbers on door keypad and escape to stage 5
