if you look at the door there’s a panel that you need to unscrew
get a screwdriver on the right table under the TV and pick up a flashlight on ground
open the shelf to get a wrapped battery
go to the door and use the screwdriver to open the panel, now you will see 3 empty slot
open your inventory and dismantle the wrapped battery to get 2 batteries and flashlight to get 1 battery
place all 3 battery to the empty slot one by one and the door will be unlocked tap to open
