open the right cabinet drawer to get 3 items, combine them to get a complete wheel handle
look at the fish on left table, change the size from small to big so the glass open and you can get a gun
get a hook on the right floor and combine it with gun
open the floor hatch and use the gun to get a bottle
use the bottle to feed fish on the right wall
remember the fish color : blue – red – yellow
connect the wheel to the door, change the color and tap the left button when the left wheel color is :
1. blue
2. red
3. yellow
and you will have the door open, escape to stage 5
