look at the left panel and get a knife and wrench
get the bucket in the middle and use the wrench to open the sewer
get the lamp on the right wall and use it to light the sewer for a stick and knob

use the bucket to get water on left then pour the water to the cable next to the panel
connect the knob to the panel and turn on the panel
look at the left gate to get an axe head
combine knife + stick + axe head to get a complete axe
use the axe to break the door open and continue to stage 6
