look at the shape on wall :
left = right sword
middle = skull
right = left sword
open the hatch on floor using these symbols
get a handle and rope

take a wheel on right wall
connect the puzzle on left floor and get a saw
combine saw + wheel and use it on the right blocks
look outside the window for clue :

6 1
open the left cabinet using these numbers
take a pirate flag and get a paddle on left wall

use the handle on left cogs and tap it so the cannon moves to the blocks
combine paddle + flag and use it on right barrel
now tap the cannon to the window and connect rope to cannon then use the torch to the rope
look at window for codes : 5232
enter these numbers on left cabinet box
get key and use it to open the door
proceed to stage 17
