look at left electrical panel for clue : 4517 and get a ring
pick up a crowbar from right box
take the money on the window stand and use it on the box to get a coin

look at the paper clue on box for color :
blue = 8
green = 6
red = 1

use crowbar to open right safe box
enter 4517 to open box for screwdriver and get the switch
use screwdriver to open left electric panel
connect the switch and press it
go to the window to insert coin into the slot
look at the safe box and insert the ring then change the pointer to the correct number for key

use the key to open left door lock and escape to stage 15
