use the screwdriver to obtain plank from left door

use the hook to open the sewer then go down
get a cloth
combine cloth + plank + gas
go up and look at the left door, use the combined item to the lantern

back to the sewer and use the torch to light the room
obtain the key, go up and use it to open the left door
