look at the mailboxes
open #1031 box for a box
get envelope from #1044 and box from #1049
pick up another box near the door
open left window to get a knife and use it to open the envelope
you will find the clue with symbols and weight :
mail man < 5kg 5kg < bike < 10kg 10kg > truck

weight in all the box to see the weight
now use the clue to put the boxes on the correct symbols on middle :
black = mail man
white = bike
ribbon = truck
get the key from hatch and use it to open door
