up – right
up – left

tap left brick to pick it up and use it to break the glass of red box
pick up the hammer and use it on left wall crack
obtain a key and use it to open sewer hole
connect the light bulb and get the tire

place the tire on right spot and change the red pointer like the clue
get blue wire from electric panel
place the blue wire on left electric panel and connect the wire color
door will open and you can escape to stage 11
